Our school IEN El Vergel inaugurates its Kitchen Classroom, a culinary space that starts in November with 7 different courses with the aim of transmitting practical, healthy, energetic and very tasty alternatives. You will learn how to make healthy and nutritious recipes and get a good taste in your mouth.
The way we eat is fundamental to our health. Learning how to prepare delicious recipes by making the most of food, knowing how to cook it, combine it and the cooking times, is the key to creating healthy, delicious and different recipes. To this end, the IEN El Vergel offers a very varied programme that ranges from vegetarian or Greek cooking courses to very specific monographic courses on fermented foods, the art of reusing them or raw food.
We detail below each of the courses:
Vegetarian Cooking
The vegetarian cooking workshops are aimed at all those people who want to learn more about this type of cooking. You will learn how to make juices, smoothies, breakfasts, snacks, soft drinks, winter salads, soups, creams, cereals, vegetables and, of course, sweet recipes. The aim is for the student to acquire many ideas on how to design their own vegetarian menus in a simple way, using wholemeal, organic and seasonal products. Also during the course they will learn about alternatives for coeliacs.
